Ownership
Team Tuzi (Tuzi, we, us) retains all intellectual property rights it owns in its original characters, character artwork, designs, names, logos, and related creative materials (Tuzi IP). No ownership of these rights is transferred through the purchase of an NFT, collectible, or merchandise.
This policy covers Tuzi-owned material only. Third-party artwork does not become covered by this permission merely because Tuzi has reposted or showcased it.
Personal use & fan creations
Tuzi grants fans a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use lawfully obtained, publicly released Tuzi artwork for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may use it as a personal profile picture or wallpaper, repost it to discuss or celebrate the Tuzi community, and create and share original noncommercial fan art inspired by Tuzi characters.
When reposting artwork or sharing fan art, credit Team Tuzi and link to https://www.teamtuzi.xyz/ where reasonably practical. Keep existing artist credits, signatures, and ownership notices intact. Clearly identify fan art and fan accounts as unofficial.
You retain any rights you hold in your original contributions to fan art, subject to Tuzi's rights in the underlying IP.
Commercial use & merchandise
Commercial rights in Tuzi IP are reserved to Tuzi. Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not manufacture, offer for sale, or sell products featuring Tuzi IP without a separate written licensing agreement signed by Tuzi's authorized representative. This includes clothing, accessories, toys, prints, digital downloads, new NFTs, and adaptations of our character artwork.
The personal-use permission does not authorize placing Tuzi IP behind a paywall or using it in paid advertising, business branding, or sponsorships. Those uses also require a separate written commercial licensing agreement.
Contacting us, submitting a proposal, or receiving an acknowledgement does not constitute permission. Commercial use may begin only after the required written agreement is signed.
NFT holders
Purchasing or holding a Tuzi NFT does not, by itself, grant ownership of the underlying copyright or merchandise or other commercial exploitation rights. NFT holders may use the personal, noncommercial permissions described above on the same conditions as other fans.
This policy does not restrict lawful resale or transfer of a genuine Tuzi NFT. Selling the token is distinct from creating and selling new products or NFTs using its artwork.
Representing the community
Do not claim ownership of Tuzi's underlying characters or artwork, or present your products, accounts, or activities as official, sponsored, or endorsed by Tuzi without written authorization.
The permission in this policy does not allow use of Tuzi IP for scams, unlawful content, or targeted harassment.
Conditions & rights preserved
If you breach the conditions of the personal-use permission, that permission ends for your use, and you must stop the uses that relied on it.
Nothing in this policy restricts uses independently permitted by applicable law, lawful resale of genuine merchandise or NFTs, or rights granted under a separate valid agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
This policy takes effect when first published on this website. It does not purport to impose a new contract retroactively on existing holders or override rights previously granted under a valid agreement.
